About Us

Ray Elling is a recognized Master Craftsman, Home Builder, Furniture-Cabinet Designer Builder. He has over 40 years of experience helping 100’s of satisfied clients, realize their dreams of creating beautiful homes. His Furniture & Cabinetry add Style & Quality enhancing any room in your home.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY to a family of Artists and Home Builders, developing his craft at a young age.

Ray moved to the Berkshires, Ma. in his early 20’s. He worked for the most prestige builders, before starting his own Building and Furniture company located in Lenox Ma. He now lives & works in Fairfield County, Ct.

Ray is known for his attention to detail, quality, style & finishes. He creates homes & furniture that will last generations.

Your project will be the focus of his attention. He is committed to understanding exactly what you have in mind. He then will create an original design or work from the photographs that you submit. A sketch to your specifications will be submitted for your approval. At which point the magic begins!

Farm House Dining table

Top of table is salvaged 180-year-old Kings Wood. Tables can be made up to 12 ft. long.

Tabletop finished with water base Acrylic Topcoats, bleached wood & light coat of whitewash stain.

Butternut kitchen cabinets with an oil rubbed finish. Island is Pine with distressed painted finish.

Farmhouse Kitchen Cabinets. Pine with detailed dental molding, Beaded panels, square pegged, mortis & tendon doors. Window trim also custom made.

Tavern Butternut Table with turned legs. Hand polished oil finish which brings out the color of the Butternut.

Circa. 1780 reproduction Pine Dining Room Hutch with Bun feet. Finished with blue gray water base finish and wax.
